This Limited Warranty outlines your coverage, responsibilities, and conditions for warranty claims.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Hartline Golf Carts warrants to the original purchaser that each new golf cart purchased directly from our dealership will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal, recommended conditions.
- Warranty duration typically ranges from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the manufacturer and model.
- Specific warranty details are provided in the manufacturer’s documentation or can be confirmed by contacting our support team.

Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty service:
- You must be the original purchaser.
- The product must have been purchased from Hartline Golf Carts (https://pbgolfcars.com).
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) must be provided.
- The unit must be maintained and operated according to manufacturer guidelines and not modified beyond factory specifications.
2. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal Use & Maintenance
- Routine wear and tear
- Tires, brakes, belts, bulbs, filters, or other standard service items
- Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance
Misuse or Negligence
- Improper handling, storage, or operation
- Accidents, collisions, fire, vandalism, or environmental damage
- Use of incompatible or unauthorized parts
- Overloading or exceeding recommended capacity
Unauthorized Work or Modifications
- Modifications to frame, motor, controller, suspension, or electrical components
- Attempting to bypass speed governors or safety features
- Repairs performed by unapproved technicians
Cosmetic Issues
- Scratches, chips, fading, minor corrosion, or other non-functional cosmetic imperfections
Other Exclusions
- Water damage, flooding, or submersion
- Commercial or rental use (unless the unit is specifically rated for it)
3. Limited Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed:
Hartline Golf Carts will:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost
- Assist with manufacturer warranty processing
- Replace defective components per manufacturer guidelines
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Labor costs for installation or removal of parts
- Transportation or shipping of the unit or parts
- Ensuring safe return of the unit to our facility or authorized service center
Risk of loss during transit remains with the customer until the product is received.
Exclusive Remedy: Subject to applicable law, the remedies above are the sole recourse available for warranty defects.
4. Incidental & Consequential Damage Disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, Hartline Golf Carts is not liable for:
- Loss of use or time
- Transportation or rental costs
- Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
5. Warranty Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
Use Approved Technicians
All warranty work must be completed by Hartline Golf Carts or a technician expressly approved by us.
Adhere to Service Requirements
- First service within the first 6 weeks of use
- Continued servicing every 6 months for regular use
- Annual maintenance is strongly recommended
Proper Care
- Keep the unit clean, lubricated, and properly stored
- Remove mud, sand, and debris from moving parts after off-road use
- Avoid lubricants on brake surfaces
Return Requirements
- Structural or frame-related claims require the unit to be returned clean for evaluation
Warranty Void Situations
Your warranty may be voided if:
- Repairs are attempted without authorization
- Non-approved parts are installed
- Components are disassembled beyond the user manual
- Safety features or speed limiters are removed or altered
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under U.S. or Texas consumer protection laws.
