Cancellation Policy

At Palm Beach Golf Cars, we want your entire purchasing experience to be as smooth, honest, and straightforward as possible. We know that sometimes plans change or life gets in the way. With that in mind, we’ve put together these clear cancellation guidelines so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Order Cancellation Window

• The 12-Hour Grace Period: If you need to back out and want a full refund, simply reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order.
• After 12 Hours: Once that 12-hour window closes, your order is already moving through our shop. Our team is likely prepping your vehicle, pulling specific parts, or coordinating with freight drivers. Because the wheels are already in motion, we cannot cancel orders after this time frame.
• The Processing Phase: As soon as an order enters active processing, we can no longer make modifications or cancel the purchase. The only exception to this rule is adjusting your delivery destination (as long as the unit hasn’t left the lot yet).

Shipping Address Modifications

If your order is already being processed but you realize you need it dropped off at a different location, don’t panic. As long as your golf cart hasn’t been assigned to a transport carrier or physically shipped out, we can usually still help you update the delivery address. Please call or email our support team immediately so we can catch it in time!

Orders That Have Shipped

Once your golf cart or equipment has been loaded onto a transport truck or assigned to a shipping carrier, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled. If you decide you no longer want the unit after it has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedures outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
