Cancellation Policy
At Hartline Golf Carts, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable purchasing experience. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness and efficiency for all orders.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request an order cancellation and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing an order.
To qualify for a full refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within the 12-hour grace period after the order has been placed.
After this time frame, the order may have already entered processing, preparation, or shipping coordination, and therefore cannot be canceled.
Once an order is in processing, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible, except for shipping address updates (if the unit has not yet shipped).
Shipping Address Modifications
If your order has already entered processing, we may still assist with correcting or updating your shipping address, provided the order has not yet been shipped or assigned to a carrier.
To request an address update, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once a product has shipped or has been assigned to a carrier, the order cannot be canceled.
Customers who wish to return a shipped unit must follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
